Subscriptions and payment
Plans, capacity, billing cycles, taxes and renewal terms are confirmed in the applicable order or agreement.
Acceptable use
The service may not be misused, reverse-engineered or used for unlawful activity.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their data and are responsible for the information they enter. Manage Workspace processes it to provide the service.
Intellectual property
The Manage Workspace platform, software and brand remain the property of Manage Workspace and its licensors.
Availability and liability
The service may undergo maintenance. Warranties, limits and remedies apply as stated in the customer agreement and applicable law.
